These two are secondary characters from my light novel project. The young woman is the boss of a thieves gang living near the Thames who dreams of piratery (idk if theyre ever gonna fulfill their goal tho because they’re so bad at their “job” the police isn’t even annoyed by them in the slightest lmfao) and the young boy is her 12 yo little brother.
I worked so hard on this cr y y
I’m glad I was eventually able to figure out how to pick the right colours despite of my bright screen (plus I tend to have a very hard time differenciating tones when my eyes are tired, which wasnt encouraging at all). Now i’m starting to actually like colouring so you might expect more digital pieces like this in the future!

when I first created Clara, the story wasn’t supposed to take place during the 19th century and everything was drastically different - I’ve always had this scene in mind and could never draw it, but now I eventually did it (even though it’s pointless now that the story, setting and characters have changed but I’m glad hahaha)
